We hope that you will be delighted with your order and we care very much about the customer service we offer. We understand that on some occasions you may wish to return an item and our goal is to make that process as simple and hassle free as possible.
If you are unhappy for any reason, please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving of your order. Please state your order number, the reasons for the return and whether you would like a replacement, exchange or full refund. Enclosed with every order you will receive a delivery note which has a pre-printed sticky returns label for your convenience and once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 days to ensure that the goods are returned to us.
Unless items are faulty or damaged (which we will replace or refund without question), the returned goods must be in perfect, as-new condition and in the original packaging (if possible, you may wish to use the outer packaging/box again to return any items to us). For fragile items, please make sure they are securely packaged and we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods you are returning as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
We are passionate about good customer service and will always try to find a solution for you if we can so please contact us if you are unhappy with any aspect of your purchase. Please note that if you are just exercising your right to change your mind (and there is nothing wrong with the goods provided) you must pay the costs of return.
We will refund you for the price you paid for the product(s) including original delivery costs where applicable, by the original method you used for payment. Refunds will completed as soon as the goods have been returned to us and that they are deemed to be in the same condition that they were delivered to you. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of the return and the refunded amount due back to you.
Please note: sale items cannot be returned.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us via email at email@example.com as soon as possible. If you order has already been dispatched then we are unfortunately unable to cancel the delivery. However, once you receive the goods you can return them to us for a full refund.
